I have been here almost 4 years and have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or my property. We all know each other and keep an eye out for one another.

If you're looking to party, definitely NOT for you. This is a safe, quiet, and family oriented community. Management and maintenance are great and fast at handling issues.

Absolutely the most horrifying experience in my life. There's cockroach problems, too many issues with the outside and inside of the apartments to list. I've had an ongoing problem with my air conditioner for 4 months now with no fix. My electricity bills are going over $200 for a 2 bedroom apartment which is absolutely insane. The maintenance supervisor is rude, has a huge temper and is not to be trusted. He nearly ran over one of the leasers with his truck because he was upset that he had settled an issue with her rugs that they tore up from removing her vanity, offered sexual favors to a few woman to fix their apartment, slammed my front door open which intern put a huge dent in my wall. We were lied to and omitted information before we moved in. There's a night club across the street that they forgot to mention. The washers and dryers don't work half the time. The office manager needs to learn proper business etiquette's. My apartment is only $699 a month but after everything's said and done I might as well have rented from a newer luxury apartment for $800 to $900 a month. Would've equaled out to what I'm paying now and wouldn't have all the stress, heartache, headaches, and sleepless nights. Not to mention I have medical issue's and have medical equipment I can't use in 90 to 100 degree weather. Please don't rent from here, if you do don't say I didn't warn you.
