I've had nothing but issues with this company. The only reason I was working with them is that my insurance company has a contract with them and, after some hurricane damage, sent them to tarp my roof and perform water remediation. It took them 3 weeks to come out (by that time I had another company tarp my roof) and now, 6 weeks later, I'm still trying to deal with the aftermath of their visit, their broken promises, lack of documentation, and total lack of response to both me and my insurance company. The office staff does nothing but pawn you off on the field reps, and the field reps are obviously overworked and care little about the clients. Plus, why would they come to fix roof/ceiling issues and not even have ladders?

this company told us they would contact us yesterday , they didn't contact us until today. When the guy came out he was very rude, he didn't even introduce himself he just extended his arm out to give me a card. When i welcomed him I'm he gave a look on his faces if i was beneath him. He seen the issue and easy very rude saying he can't touch the job because another company came and started the drying process being that I have water water leaking issue. He kept over talking me and would not listen. This is a insurance claim so I had to call my insurance company and report this guy. He walked out my door twice leaving it open. I would NEVER reccommend this company to anyone.

A tornado hit my home I am not sure how they are in other cities by my experience was not recommendable , I had to manage my own job with subs, Everything was challenged to the point I felt DKI management was working more for the insurance company. Sub Contractors were not paid and threatening me they were going to lien my house but were finally paid months later after I complained . Hire a Public adjuster and your own structural engineer and don't sign the work agreement because all the checks come in the contractors name and they get all the money paid to them no matter what they complete.. I was glad to get them off the job. There were so many more issues not worth going into but there is no empathy with management to what your going though in a misfortune.
