I want to thank Battery Depot for taking the time to let me know that my battery needed charging and that it was indeed not bad, just simply discharged. With their help, I was able to find out that there was a different problem with my vehicle. Other part stores, AutoZone, in particular wanted to say my battery was bad after only trying to charge it for 30minutes. The gentleman at Battery Depot explained that it takes much much longer than just 30 minutes to fully charge a battery. I will buy all my batteries from here because they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of.

These people sold me a battery less then 5 months ago. When I brought my battery back for an exchange because it was bad they said they would need to charge the battery for 5 hours before they could test it and since it was 12 on a sat and they close at 1 i could not have a replacement. I took the battery to Autozone they charged it in less then 30 mins and i spent my money on a new battery from them because i NEVER want to have to deal with people who are as unhelpful as the Battery Depot again!
