Here is our story:
We had our counters (kitchen and 2 bathrooms) done by a local contractor in St. Augustine. The job turned into a fiasco. Paint and topcoat were uneven; glossy in some spots, dull in others, lumpy, no caulking so many corner gaps in the paint, rough and not sanded in many places as well as splotches of white undercoat coming through. We contacted the contractor and he returned to fix things but, it looked the same. Needless to say, we were so upset and did not know where to turn. When we hire a contractor, we expect a job well don and in turn are willing to pay for services rendered. While the contactor refunded us a small amount it still did not make up for the terrible job he did or the amount we paid. We knew we had to hire another contractor and pay once again.
We sent a message to Bathtubrefinishing.com of Jacksonville and the owner, Sandra contacted us almost immediately. She said she could help us. We sent her pictures; she gave us a price and her husband Sal came and re-did our kitchen counter. IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! This company is not only professional but true to their word and did a magnificent job. They promised to make us happy and indeed they did. I would recommend this company to all. Sal is a talented artisan and perfectionist, did an excellent job and simply put made us happy. Bravo! And sincere gratitude for a job well done.
