I took my dog there for a trim. I specifically asked them to leave my shiztu's top knot. And they cut it off. They have you pay up front and then bring out your pet. They said they were sorry but I didn't get a refund or anything. I even sent the manager a before and after photo. I guess money is more important than customer service

If you care about your dog, spoil it and love to pamper it you must come here. I have been to every pet grooming and accessory place in Jacksonville and this place is by far the best. The accessories selection they carry is better than any store in town and is more unique than anyone in town as well. If you want something to set you and your pet apart this is where you come. Period. Great service, great people, great products that’s all there is too it!
