My husband has been comming to this office for around 5 plus years with Dr. John Butcher. He is a wonderful Doctor. Its was his employee Kim was not so nice. Sad to have to leave this Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Cardona for approximately 2 years. My issue is not with her. It is with the office staff. They really need lessons in customer service and how to speak to patients. The reception window is fine and friendly. It is the people that answer the phones. They are rude, do not follow up, and really don't seem to care. In one instance, I had to spend numerous time and calls trying to track down my own lab results. They treated me like an annoyance even though there were changes in my medication due to my labs. In another instance, they told me that they wouldn't explain my situation to the doctor to see if I would need labs. They would only put in my message as a refill request, so the girl was sure I'd have to come in and see the doctor. I'm not opposed to office visits, but with high co-pays these days, unnecessary ones really cost the patients. It's sad, but I've changed doctors because of the office staff. I'm much happier.
