Horrible customer service. The office manager was rude and unprofessional. I will be changing doctors obliviously they give her the freedom to feel like she can speak to anyone any way she pleases..

Horrible customer service from the office staff. I just called to speak to the Dr assistant about my labs, and they put me on hold for six minutes. When they finally came back, the receptionist told me that "no one is here" and just to call back tomorrow. When I told her that I had been on hold for six minutes, she couldn't care less- she was like "ok". Horrible staff- I am leaving to go to a better provider.
