I was contacted by their rep: Liz Bradenton on 06/19/12 to advise that they can rent me their bamboo arch for my wedding on 08/24/12 - I gave her mine and my fiancee's cell and the wedding location. She stated that I need to pay the deposit to reserve it, which I did. I paid the $112.00 deposit required to reserve it thru paypal on 06/21/12. She advised me that it was all set. THEN, I get an email on August 21, 2012 (3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING) that they have been trying to reach me ( I or my Fiancee did not get a call) to let me know that the previous people that rented the arch completely destroyed. At this time, I am panicking. I must have called her about 20 times with no return calls. She finally EMAILS me on my wedding day that she would refund my deposit and she apologizes for the "inconvenience" this has caused me. Well that was about 17 days ago. I have emailed her twice since, and still no response. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. As of today, they have yet to respond to me via email or phone call. Basically, they took my money and no wedding arch showed up on my wedding day. Atleast, a refund I was promised, would be a consolation. Just goes to show you how shady this company is.
