My office's ice machine broke and only two companies in my area were licensed to fix it. I called B&G and got an answer service, I gave them my info and waited for a call back. Later that day I get a call at 6:30 from a tenant in my office building saying a technician from B&G is there to diagnose the problem. I talked to him over the phone stating I never asked for them to send him & I already called a second company and scheduled an appointment. He agreed and said I won't be charged (Yeah Right). Later on they send an invoice. Naturally I dispute it. It took me 3 phone calls and 2 months to get a call from a yelling idiot blaming it on my company.



The worst part is that during all this they send me a $1800.00 quote. Which was outrageous because the second company came out diagnosed the leak and said I just need a couple parts. Within days they fix it for $400.00 I will never use B&G again.

B & G was awesome! They came out and did a preventative maintenance of the ac unit at my house. The guys were there on time, kept me updated on what was going on, and made sure all work was done correctly before leaving, On top of the wonderful service, I wasnt even charged for the work done. They made me aware of a rebate I could use on the preventative maintenance, as I was a new customer. I was very pleased with them all together, I would definitly use this company again and I recommed them to Everyone!

We had excellent service today from B&G, and I would like to say timely service. They installed a heat pump for us.

Their were two technicians on the job, which made the job go faster. Everyone knows how hot it is now. They arrived at

9:15 a.m. and were finished at 1:15 p.m. The temperature never dropped below 78 degrees in the house. They never

stopped, I never seen them take a break. They were very clean with their work. They were very courteous. They answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything was working properly before they left.

The company gave us several quotes on different systems, so we might choose something we could afford.

I was really dreading this day. Last year my next door neighbor had to replace his system. They were out there all afternoon and into the night. He should have called B&G, I did and everything went great!!

I called because my yard man had cut what turned out to be the low voltage t-stat wire on my ac unit. Instead of just sending someone out for a 5 minute repair, the gentleman explained to me over the phone what my options were and how I could repair it myself if I wanted. He was very courteous and thorough in this explaination and between myself and my boyfriend we were able to do the repair ourselves. I am very grateful that instead of just sending someone out and charging me the hour minimum, they were willing to help me to help myself. I would definetly call them again for all of my ac needs.

B&G Refrigeration put in a new air handler the same day I ordered it. The office gave me a quote with several different brands so I could choose something to better fit my budget. The installer was courteous and did very neat work. We also had one of their electricians out to change the breaker and he was out that same day to complete the work. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
