Unless you have a lot of money, are a large corporate account or like wasting time getting the run around, don't bother. I live less than a mile away from B&G Plumbing and I called Terry, the plumbing manager for an estimate on Thursday. He advised he would call me back Friday at 11am to let me know what time he could stop by that day for the estimate for my bathroom remodel project. Friday I called the office at 130 and explained he hadn't called. The receptionist passed the message and at 2pm he finally called and said, "Its not going to work out today, too busy here and short on help. It will have to wait until Monday." I said are you serious? You are within walking distance of my house and would take five minutes of your time to stop by. He said, "Just too busy today and won't be able to make it." I said, "Well it seems like you just don't want my business." And he immediately hung up on me. Don't bother calling them as they will treat you like they are doing you a favor.
