When I walked in the Ashley Furniture at St. John's town center store, I was so impressed with the choices right away. Mike Paterno immediately assisted me with no hassles he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with their products. I needed lots of help and he took his time with me, was very patient, and worked diligently to make sure that I choose furniture that what I would love over the years. He was supposed to go home early but ended up staying another hour to make the transaction easier for me. He has so much dedication with his clients! You have to go see Mike. Thank you so much Mike ur the best! Keep up the good work :)

We were helped by Carlos in picking out our bedroom set and mattresses; he was great - gave us all the information we needed and helped to simplify the process.
Delivery was on time and furniture was in perfect condition. The delivery guys were quick but did a great job.

Do not use this store! We are active duty & we went in to look at furniture. We normally purchase it from the Navy Exchange but we were told they would honor the NEX prices. After we purchased $2500 of furniture we found out they had lied. We tried to cancel our order but they would not let us out of our contract. We also purchased a warranty & had to file a claim. They did not honor our warranty either. They would not fix the problem & the sectional is not even a year old yet. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB. This is not the first time this location has done this to active duty military. I have also been told that they do it to others also.

Never have I been so aggravated with a furniture purchase. I bought a bedroom set in April to make sure it would be available for my June 26 move into a new house. I was promised it would be. On June 26, the dresser, headboard and footboard were missing. After being told by a very rude sales associate Jessica that there is nothing they could do to fix it the store manager Dennis claimed he would fix it and get my missing items to me on July 2. That never happened. Since then I have left over 50 messages for Dennis and sent several emails. He finally sent an email on July 23 claiming the missing items would be delivered on July 24. Took the day off work and they did not show up. After calling the store 5 times I was told it will not be here until Tues. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again.

My husband and I recently went in to the Saint John's Town Center Store to purchase a new couch. Being newlyweds we felt it was time to upgrade from our college furniture. We purchase a $2900 sectional.
The next day I went online to show my best friend our new couch. My Google search pulled up my exact same couch from a different vendor for $1000 less than I had just spent in the store. I called to see if they would price match (as it states in their policies) and was told that basically since it was not in their direct market area that they wouldn't match the price and I could not cancel my order without paying the $340 for taxes and delivery and a 25% restocking fee (restock what! it wasn't even scheduled for delivery for another two weeks) even though I had just purchased it less than 24 hours before. I was stuck I wasn't going to pay $1065 for a couch I was never going to receive. So I just chalked it up as a loss but this did start to raise some serious concerns.
When they told me I could not cancel my order I started to get concerned so I called for measurements on the couch as they did not have them online, nor was I ever advised of them. I was also told that if the couch for whatever reason did not fit in my home that it would be a no hassle return. The salesman told me not to worry Ashley would take the couch back if it didn't fit. LIE!! Come to find out the couch was going to be 6 inches too long on one side and 4 inches too long on the other. I immediately called the store to cancel the order once again. Left message after message for a manager. No response. Finally I contacted corporate. I was told by a corporate customer service rep that the store owner was refusing to cancel my order because he thought I was just upset about the price! Infuriated I immediately left work in the middle of the afternoon to go into the store and show them the pictures and measurements of my room and to plea my case. One of the store managers did say he would help me and that maybe we could find something else. Needing a new couch I agreed.
In the end we were unable to find anything of the same quality as the sectional in the same style or color. When I asked for my money back I was told they would work with me and that they would 1.) give me my $340 dollars back and I could pay the 25% restocking fee $725!!!! (to restock something that was never unstocked) that doesnt make any sense or 2.) they would let me use my own money as an in store credit! Basically forcing me to purchase something from them! I am still waiting to hear from the customer service manager......
I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOPE YOU DESERVE ABSOLUTELY NO STARS.....BUT SINCE IT'S "REQUIRED" TO POST MY RANT...... HERE GOES!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY!!! I've posted my total dissatisfaction on Facebook. twitter, emails, word of mouth, you name it! You can't resolve my problems when I spend over $5,000.00 in your store you don't deserve any recommendations from me! I will continue my rant until I get my warranty back, store credit of some kind, etc!!! I already have the BEST furniture store available to recommend to my many friends. The old owner of Circle K has opened a new store off of Jones Road behind the old Circle K.....GO THERE FOR QUALITY FURNITURE, LOWER PRICES, AND WARRANTY'S WILL BE USED WITH NO PROBLEMS!!! So very tempted to take legal action against your company considering I was a legal secretary for over 10 years and know many attorneys!!! I will keep in touch!!!!! And FYI.....the review below mine is my husbands.......

I will NEVER shop at Ashley Furniture again! My husband & I spent over $4800.00 worth of furniture when we purchased our new home. One of the pieces we purchased was a leather sofa sectional. We also purchased the "extended warranty (5 years) for $250.00, after being assured from the sales rep...."covers ANYTHING". After only having the sofa less than 3 years it looked absolutely horrible. Screwes were coming out, the recliner was uneven on one end and the leather was splitting on every single piece. It was embarrasing for company to come and have to sit on. We decided before Christmas guest arrived to go out and purchase a new couch because after NUMEROUS attempts with the company to use our warranty (what a joke) and have it repaired we were denied. BIG SURPRISE! Of course, we purchased our couch from a more reputable place!!! I have discouraged all of my friends/family from ever purchasing from Ashley stores. So far, one who was looking to buy from there was deterred thanks to asking us first about where to shop. I will conintue to do so! Makes me sick how good people can buy, buy, buy, but when you need something fixed....they won't lift a finger to do a thing. By the way.....they would get ZERO star rating from me if I didn't have to pick one to post this review!!! Ashley SUCKS!!!!

Drove a friend here. She paid over $2200.00 in cash. Paid remainder amount with debit card - $47.00. Her debit card was charged $347.00. Took her 12 days to get her money back. When she then tried to get her $34.00 bank charge, then they wanted to tax her "insurance" that they failed to do on original transation. Said they would subtract and send her the remaining $16.00. Before the week passed and she had her money back, they had already called to delay the delivery date. She still has no furniture. Most don't know manager's name. S(he) will not return phone calls. She still doesn't have all of her money.

I paid $2000 for a couch and loveseat less than 3 months ago. Where I sit on the couch has sunk down to the frame. I called the store and there is no return policy. They said "All sales are final". They're right that was their final sale to me.
