Service department at Arlington Toyota is great. Our service advisor Mike Sandelin takes super care of us, and only fixes what needs to be done. We keep going back because of him.

Although the part I needed was on back order for a while, which I was notified about every 5 business days, my service was exceptional. Chris Burrell kept me updated every step of the way, got back to me almost instantaneously when he missed my call, and made sure he assisted me from start to finish with my services. I was not passed around or given the run around. Dan Shaw also assisted me when Chris was not available or present. Mr. Shaw also ensured my satisfaction and even gave me his personal number for any questions or concerns I may have had. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help me, I am so pleased with their services!

Rick Doran and his extremely knowledgeable staff at Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville Florida has been helping me for many years ensuring that I have had a vehicle that was always running properly even though it was not a newer vehicle or purchased through them. I recently made the decision to purchase a new vehicle for the very first time and I must say it was an fantastic experience! Sylvia Brummitt Certificed Sales Manager went above and beyond to make me extremely comfortable knowing that this was my first experiecne buying a new vehicle. No matter where I may move in the future I guarantee that I will not purchase a vehicle anywhere other than Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville Florida. I have been servicing my Toyota Sienna XLE at Arlington Toyota for over 10 years now and have always received honest and straight talk regarding repairs and options. Service advisor Mike Sandelin has always been a steady component in these visits and it has always been a pleasure to visit with him. I do wish that they would upgrade the waiting area and amenities. The building is getting old. But it's not the building that makes this place great its the people.

I am happy to write this review. Brought my2009 Camry in for an alignment. I could not get an appt that would work for me so as a walk in I figured I would be there for some time. Mandy was my Assistant after pulling up and was very pleasant. She advised that my wait time could be at least 2 hours. After an hour and a half Mandy told me my car was ready!! I was very surprised and pleased. I have had a couple of visits with service and was displeased with my Assistant/customer service inside at the counter so much that I looked at another dealership for this service and could not get an appt. either. I must say this has been my most pleasant experience to date and I totally thank Mandy who started it off and the young man at the check out counter (10/14/17); JUST AWESOME!!!

I visited Arlington Toyota Service Department on 7/21/2017 to have 10K mile maintenance performed on my Camry. Mike Sandelin, Service Advisor, ALWAYS gives me great customer service. Because I was dropping off my car, Mike wanted to know when I needed my car ready. I said 4:00pm. He said, "okay I will have for you at 3:00." I got a call at 2:00 letting me know my car was ready. When I arrived to pickup my car, Mike had my car washed and vacuumed! Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I'd like to give a huge thank you to Michael S. in service. I had a last minute call to Arlington Toyota to get a oil change done and he fit me in first thing in the am next morning! Not only was he and his staff excellent and very professional, they exceeded my expectations getting my vehicle done asap. I've been to lots of other dealerships and had to wait 2 plus hours for an oil change with an appointment but not here. Thank you Michael and Arlington Toyota you got a customer for life!

I called in on Friday 2.17.17 and spoke with Mike Sandelin I DID NOT have an appointment before calling I said I know you are probably booked but can I come and get an oil change,he said absolutely come on in and we will take care of you.He did exactly that,they got us in and at right at an hour,very pleased with the service.They are always so nice and pleasant AND informative.I love Arlington Toyota and the staff!!!!

Great experience buyin my Scion iM past February/March. Kara Hinton and her team were of great help, still drive the car and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Recently I change oil 10 000 miles service and also had great experience thanks to mr Rick Doran.

Always treated like a friend by Michael Sandelin in the service department at Arlington Toyota. I can trust him when he tells me something needs to be replaced, or can wait until next visit. He has told me (often) that I didn't need the service I had signed up for , and usually saved me money. When I came in with one damaged tire, and he said I really needed three - and buy three get one free was the better deal -- no question - I got four new ones. I trust him with my cars, and our safety. Good guy. Great service.

Over the past several years I purchased two Avalon vehicles ( 2002 used and 2014 new) from Arlington Toyota of Jacksonville. It is the customer service I received after the sale, is why I continue to be a loyal customer. Michael Sandelin continues to provide dependable and excellent consult, relating to the care of my vehicles. In fact, I pass at least two other authorized Toyota dealerships, because Michael had proven to be a trusted resource. Seldom do I find time or have a desire to give a review. However, this is one review I can honestly submit; knowing it is well earned.

Scott Boito is wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond what I have brought my vehicle in for. This last time it was even washed before I got it back! He is the best service rep. there as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Scott for doing all you can for me!
