Provided by YP.comHad a call in appt at 10 am. Got there at 9:55 and was told it would be a few minutes...after 45 min. (9:45) I asked what's going on with the appt. Then they said it was at 9:45 (heh heh).. When I finally got in at 10 I was told I needed an x-ray. She did one scan and said it didnt take in the computer so she did another with the same result. Before she could fry me for the 3rd time I got up and walked out..as I was leaving she said she was sorry and that they overbooked me.I AM NOT GOING BACK!

Provided by YP.comWent to ADC after a horrible experience at Great Expressions, I was told at Great Expressions that I needed 3 root canals, 3 fillings and scaling. When I got to ADC, I found out that I actually only need 1 Root canal and 1 filling and a regular cleaning. Dr Jones was gentle, compassionate and HONEST! I have found my forever dentist and they are very reasonable!!! The staff was also wonderful! went out of their way to take care of me!!!

I am unaware of the circumstances referred to by the person who wrote this review of Arlington Dental Center, but hasten to assure that this is not representative of the way we do business. We value our patients and try to please them in every way we can. I am the mananager of the office and I mentioned this matter in one of office meetings. I don't expect this to happen again.
