I bought a part here the other day. It was a freezer defrost heater for a GE refrigerator. I asked if there were any revisions and answer was no. After I installed it I decided to look it up online. And I found that there was indeed a revision and it was vastly improved.I was buying one of these heaters every year and my tenant was throwing out a load of food every year as well. When asked why it failed I got a lot of bogus stories like power surges, can't touch the glass, as if it was some kind of a halogen bulb, ect. My advice to anyone buying parts from this place is to look it up on line 1st as the dealer will not give you an updated part necessarily but he will give you a line of BS!

I own a mobile home park and used to buy a lot from them until I bought a air conditioner fan motor that cost 347.00 it lasted 7 months. They said they don't do refunds, but this has been since July I've been waiting for a replacement. Pretty sure they don't care or plan to replace it by now, so I will no longer buy from them. If he does the right thing, and replaces the fan motor that I bought with a 1 year warranty, then I will gladly post it if he does. Up date on this post he did come through with a replacement, said he had been trying to call?? Just glad he did do the right thing, and I will continue to buy from them.

you can google ANYTHING these days. i googled the part number on the pump i needed and like magic there it was, what i needed. i called to get availability and pricing, not only did she just start talking to another employee in the middle of giving her my part number but she just came across as being rude. she quoted me 6 in stock and the pricing was identical to the dealer sugested list price, really? when i questioned the price i stated i would rather purchase online FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE, i just heard a click. they must be doing real good to throw away sales, will i ever call them again? NO, i probably will not even buy local anymore. why bother with the attitudes and over %150 mark up, these people are nuts.
