Just had the oddest visit to one of my favorite chains; walked in at 1:20 and was seated; walk out at 1:40 without ever being approached by a server or manager despite seeing several in my general area. The greeter did thank me and wished me a good evening. I guess I will need to find a different location; lucky for me there are 4 other restaurants in the plaza to get my lunch.

Actually we are usually happy with the food and service at this Applebees, but tonight 2/6/09 we were charged $8.50 per drink during happy hour - We ordered two Captain Morgan and Cokes (one each) and they charged us 17.00 for two drinks. I called and spoke with the Manager (Ken) and he said bring me the itemized receipt and we can give you credit or whatever. Well we put it on the charge card and we only kept the total receipt and left the other on the table...I just think this was poor customer service on his part. He should have taken our name and given us at least one free drink on our next visit. Just had to have my say on this. It was wrong to charge us that much.
