Avoid this office!!! Had a MAJOR issue today that could have caused harm (or worse) to our child if the pharmacist hadn’t caught the error in time.

Angel Kids Pediatrics first sent our daughter’s flu medicine prescription to the wrong pharmacy, were extremely rude when we called them to fix their mistake, and then they sent the correct pharmacy a prescription that the pharmacist said they couldn’t fill... because the dosage was OVER TWO TIMES the dosage a FULL GROWN adult would receive!

We are finding a new pediatrician immediately and will warn as many of our neighbors, family, and friends as we can of their dangerous complacency.

This office tries to get as much money out of you as possible, regardless of the ethics. We went in for my daughter's 1-year check up (two years and a half years ago). The doctor thought she was underweight, despite previous pediatricians advice that she is just small stature because her mom is small and then prescribed a diet plan with follow up visits (= more $ for him). After the visit I started getting bills. When I called to dispute the bills because it was a well-visit, which is supposed to be free, the receptionist got testy with me and started arguing with me. I finally got her to take the issue back to the doctor and call me back, but I never heard from her again - no phone calls, no bills. I assumed it was taken care of, but two years later I started getting bills again. I called the office multiple times and left voicemails requesting a call back to discuss but no one ever called me back. Last week I got a notice from a collection agency. This office is the epitome of shady and unscrupulous, they clearly care more about money then children. They should be avoided like the plague. Go to All About Kids and Families instead.

Dr Webster and Jilese are wonderful. Not worth the amount of exam room waiting though. Staff is not motivated. I work in a physicians office so I understand when things get backed up but multiple times we have had to wait over an hour just in the exam room waiting for someone. The medical assistants are just not knowledgable for my comfort. I don't think I would recommend this office to anyone and we will most definitely be looking for a new PCP ASAP.

Very friendly, quick, clean and efficient service. I like that there are different locations. My kids are taken care of when they come here. Thank you.

I feel like it provides me with the care I need and love it also gave me a healthy lifestyle and I am glad that I know that if I have troubles I can go to Angle Kids Health care

I recently took my daughter for a sick visit. They staff is very nice and helpful. They have excellent doctors on staff. I am glad I chose Angel Kids Pediatrics.

I've taken my kids here for 5 years. I tried other practices, and this is the best by far. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this group of health care professionals.

My daughter has been going to the Beaches location ever since she was born! We love them! She still currently goes and we wouldn't change it for anything. The rooms are amazing for keeping the kids busy and every appointment I go to the wait is never long. I would recommend Dr.Affan/Angel Kids to anyone who is looking for a pediatrician! I haven't seen her in a few visits but Camille is awesome!

Love the staff and always a great experience everytime! My daughter has been going to them since she was born and I wouldn't ever change offices.

I go to the varyram office for over 5 years noe with both of my kids. They absolutely love the decorated rooms and I love the convenient hours! We love Dr.byra she is very sweet

Oh my! I could not believe the review below. I was prompted to immediately respond! Our family thinks that Dr. Webster is the BEST! We have gone to the Beach office for four years now and have three children. The kids LOVE Dr. Webster and the way she interacts with them!!! She makes silly sounds, laughs with them and just does an awesome job of making them feel really at ease. We wouldn't go anywhere but Angel Kids and to Dr. Webster.

I love AKP. I am a mother of 2 children, My oldest daughter loves her doctor and the staff, they are so professional, helpful and friendly, getting an appointment is hassle free and fast. I was worried I would not keep my doctor since I move from Jax west to Jax south-side but I found out AKP has 3 locations and my doctor goes to the other location also where I now live.(Hurray!!!). I'm so happy and overly satisfied, I can't recommend them enough. Once you start coming here to AKP you will love it too. This is one happy mom.
