George and Ken were professional, courteous and respectful. I am proud to have chosen American Electrical to bring my house up to code.

These guys are great!! Prompt, professional and friendly. Fixed my problem it quickly and at a great price. Other companies wanted more money and, even when I tried calling one, they never showed for the appointment. American Electric arrived in about 30 minutes from the time I called. I highly recommend them for any electrical problem you might have.

Shawn was very professional a was Justin. They fixed our problem and suggested different options for future energy savings. Will definitely use again in the future if there is an electrical need.

If you aren't satisfied they will make it right until you are. Hands down, this is the most customer-service oriented contractor I have worked with in Jacksonville. They call ahead to let you know they're coming, show up on time, and follow up with a personized "thank you." The office staff and electricians are polite and always professional. I almost look forward to my next electrical problerm so that I can call these guys.

I recently had an electrical issue in our home and went online to research local electricians. I choose American Electrical based on their website and I was not disappointed. The electricians arrived on time and were personable and professional. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 1/2 hour. They took the time to explain what had happened and listened as I asked some additional questions about future service. It was a pleasure to find, meet, and experience a truely professional and competent team. 5 stars!
