I highly recommend American Certified Home Inspections. Not only was the inspector thorough, he explained in detail his findings and included photos and specifics in a written report. Very professional!

For starters, I was able to make a quick appointment. That was great because I was eager to get things done. Glenn was early to the house, he beat me there. Right away he was looking at the exterior of the house and the roof. He did a beyond through inspection of the house. He even looked at things I hadn't thought of. I received my reports quickly. They were well put together and very easy to understand. I felt completely confident to continue in the purchase process based on the valuable information these reports provided. The price was right too. I would highly recommend Glenn, he knows his stuff.
