I have been using Alpha Lock, Safe and Key for years. They have always provided me with excellent service.
My grandmother had to have a duplicate key made for her apartment door, most every lock Smith she went to said they could not make a duplicate key. I took her to Alpha, and they said no problem to duplicate the key.
As her door key to her apt also unlocked the entrance door to the apt building she lived in.
I also accidentally locked my keys in my truck and our dog was in the cab, I called them and they came right out, the lock Smith would not even accept payment for his service due to our dog being locked in the truck.

I haven't even made it there yet but the service over the phone was AWESOME! Friendly courteous and professional. True life savers!

Locked out of my house. the first company I called heavily advertise- The $15 locksmith! and then said would be additional $35 and up depending on the lock. (it was a simple lock on the front porch) they came out and the guy looked at it for a few seconds and said it would cost $189 ! WAIT! that is robbery and I told him to take a hike. then I called ALPHA LOCK AND KEY! a small family owned locksmith that was there within 20 min and charged me $50 total. Took him 3 min to open my door and was super friendly and professional. I felt like we had a fair transaction. would HIGHLY recommend for trustworthy fair service.

I took an ignition switch for my farm tractor to them that I needed a key for. They called me 30 mins. later saying that they had made 2 keys. They seemed to know everything about keys and were very nice. Their shop is just a small place off of Wesconnett on the Westside. I will go back again!
