Poor customer service! They came out for 5 minutes and left without fixing the problem with my dryer. The owner told me to call him if it persisted. It did, and I called him, only to be told I had to go through my home warranty. I did that, had to set an appointment for a week out, and then he didn't show up after I waited for 4 hours. Extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend using this company.

they are a rip off. The show up late, lie and never call back.I hired All Brands Appliances to fix my oven after meeting the owner Karl. He said he would come out personally but that did not happen

He sent Eric out on 06/07/2011 who was 2 hours late and left without putting my oven back together. Eric complained about heartburn and being hospitable I gave him an antacid and a bottle of water.

He claimed it was my ignitor and after trying to replace it figured out it wasn't. He then told me it had to be the gas coil but he never checked it.

He said he would have to order the part and I have to pay him for the trip charge. I wrote him and check and asked him if I would have to pay another trip charge for them to come back, Eric said "Since they diagnosed the wrong part, no" he left my oven apart and the ignitors at the bottom underneath the heating element.

I called a month later to find out why it had been so long and Jennifer informed me that I would have to pay them all over again to come back and fix the stove that they left apart.

I asked to speak to Karl and called twice a day for one week and he will not call me back.

I am having to purchase multiple propane tanks to cook for my family and its getting expensive. All I want is my oven fixed as per their word.

Well I wish I was back here with a positive comment about All Brands Appliances but not so much. After reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they finally called me and we set an appointment for 07/25/11 between 8am and 12pm.

At 11:15 I received a call from the owner Karl and he was rude, verbatim…… "This is Karl with All Brands we will be coming to fix your oven but before we do you need to retract all reviews online prior to our arrival because there is no need for that S**t I could get you in trouble with your job too. " to which I replied I would call him back in about 5min. I called him back about 25 minutes later and got his voicemail. I have not heard back from him. After cursing at me and threatening my job I would not trust him to pour me a glass of water let alone fix my stove. And my facebook post will reflect how professional he was
