Three visits from this company for the same problem at $75.00 per visit is more an annoyance than a help. Top three shelves of fridge and freezer no longer consistently cool but Technician’s say to simply wiggle the cooling temperature knob around as new parts stick just like the old parts replaced.

I have recently had service to my washing machine and the company you provided is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They have come to my house 2 times and are scheduled to come back for a 3rd time because they do not know what they are doing. The first visit in which I had to take off of work for took 5 minutes and the worker said he did not have the parts with him, he did not test or even look to see what the problem was, he just took what I was saying as the problem. The second visit repaired one problem, for now, and was assured the washing machine was fixed. Not 30 minutes after he left we attempted to use the machine which was doing the same thing it was when we called. No test of the machine was completed and now I have to take a 3rd day from work because the only seem to work between the hours of 1 and 5. This is becoming ridiculous. The problem needs to be fixed the first time not in subsequent visits. I am very disappointed with the service provided. The company name is All Brands Appliance in Jacksonville, Fl. If you follow the link you will see the reviews and I strongly suggest you no longer use this company as they are horrible.

Horrible! I have American Home Shield, and they stuck me with this company. They are rude and unprofessional. They sent a "technician" out with no tool or equipment. If they can't fix anything this way. He had no way to give me a receipt for the warranty charge. Although this should have been an easy fix (defrost control) they are clearly tired of dealing with me or probably any customer, because now they are telling me it might not be fixed before thanksgiving. They are also now admitting they sent out a trainee and calling the initial appoint diagnostic. Ridiculous.
I have had the same part replaced on other refrigerators. It's a one hour job max and they should have the parts on them or at least me able to get them quicker than a week. So 1 week before thanksgiving I've lost all my thanksgiving food, I have no fridge and this company can't even be sympathetic about that.

If I could place ZERO STARS I would. This is a completely unprofessional company. I do not know how they stay in business. Let me explain how poor the service is. I was referred to them through American Home Shield who I have a home warranty through. I was told they would reach out to me with in 1 business day of setting up the service call. I waited the one day and had to call them
My self. I waited on hold for over 30 mins before I could speak with someone. When I finally was able to speak with someone I set the apt to come to my house and address the issue. I set an apt for Friday between 1-5 pm. I was told I would have a call before the service technician would arrive. Needless to say about an hour before the experation of the apt. I called the business to find out what the ETA of the technician would be. Guess what. They were closed. have an option to leave a voicemail msg. I never received a phone call or anything from the lazy, careless, technician. DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!

The worst experience I have ever had, the first tech that came out had to ask me how to turn in my stove. After he fidgeted with it for about five minutes, he said it needed a new control panel, but he could not find a serial number. The Second tech that came out was so rude, He then Calibrated it making the correct temps when cooking at hi temps, but way too hot when at lower temps. When I asked to verify the it would be correct at lower Temps, he told me he was done and literally just left, I call the company to find out that this completely rude and incompetent tech, was the owner and they would not come out to fix my stove, that it was ‘as fixed as they were going to make it”

The worst company I've dealt with in a long time. It took two technicians to diagnose my problem. Had the misfortune of working with Cindy in customer service. She didn't care about finding a solution to our problem. Appliances are still not repaired. This is the first review I've ever written. Run from this company.

Abominable. Terrible. Horrendous. My home warranty company referred us to them, it is now weeks later and my dishwasher still isn't fixed. The owner is literally the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She had now hung up on me after telling me she's cancelled everything and I need to start back at square one with home warranty. UNREAL. Do not, under any circumstance, use this company!

Terrible customer service. Had to use them for a dishwasher repair as part of my home warranty. The repair guy ended up busting a pipe under my sink because he forgot to dis-connect the pipe before pulling the dishwasher out. Water was shooting out for at least 5 minutes, completely soaking my cabinet under my sink. They now refuse to pay for the damages. Nontheless, the problem wasn't even fixed and they had to come out once again to correct it. Worst customer service ever! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spoke with two representatives, Katie and Sandy, and they both were extremely rude. I expressed my unhappiness with working with the company and Katie told me she could careless. I am shocked that this company is operating with rude and unkind representatives.

I give the technician a five star, but the company blamed me for having the wrong time of the appt. The technician was pleasant and courteous, but when I called the office to see why my appt time wasn't met, I got a recording stating that they were closed because of Easter. I sent an e-mail hoping to get a response, and was told basically that I had the wrong time window, and if I wasn't there when they called me on the way, that they would not show. I missed 4 hours of work because of this discrepancy, but of course, no apologies, but I was told I had the wrong time - I saw a paper that the tech had, and the paper showed 8-12, but his schedule was 10 - 2 p.m. Just bad customer service, but again, great technician.

DO NOT USE THIS PO-DUNG, SHAM OF A COMPANY! Let me tell you how incompetent they are. First, after having my home warranty people set them up for a simple dishwasher repair, I was finally able to get a hold of them 4 days later. They were then able to set up an appointment to come out almost a week later. After taking our money then leaving to go "order" a part, I put in 3 calls over two days just to find out IF the part was even ordered. I finally got in touch with them only to find out that the incompetent repair man forgot to write down the model number for our dishwasher so the part was never ordered. They wanted to schedule another appointment, a week later, just so the service guy could come back and get the model number. Then they would be able to order the part and then schedule ANOTHER appointment (a week after that) to install the part. OVER TWO WEEKS AND $75 LATER AND THEY ACCOMPLISHED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had an GE continuous ice maker that had to be replaced. AHS sent over this clown. The fellow comes out and installs the icemaker. Everything worked great! Until........I went downstairs to the basement and discovered my cieling tiles on the floor in a puddle of water, the lens of the lighting filled with water - just an absolute mess. Called the this 'company' to notify them of the problem. The "owner" Carl shows up and discovers the icemaker drain was not connected AT ALL to the drain line ! You guessed it...he tells me no problem he'll have it fixed in the next few days. Gee, not going to happen. His voice mail is full - probably other unhappy customers! and is office line goes directly to voicemail. Think they are trying to avoid me?

The owner of this company showed up with a very bad attitude and threatened the property manager slamming his fist on the owners counter top stating he would like to do more to the manager and when ask to leave he again starting shouting very loud saying that he would not go anywhere, he finally left screaming that he was the owner and there was no one over him to complain to. Needless to say he will not do business on this property again..He does not deserve any star but you have to choose one

This place is a JOKE! They have been out twice to repair my dryer and still not fixed. Called me last week to tell me my part finally came in and they would be here between 10-2. called me at 1:30 but I missed the call ( phone was in the bottom of my purse). But since I didn't answer the 1st time they cant come to my house and I have to reschedule. Why give me a time frame and not come to my house? I called them back within seconds of the call and was told he was out of the area already.. (seconds!!) After being out here twice is it too much to ask them to call back to see if maybe I missed the call or stop by? Really bad business!

IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH,MY SITUATION WAS A DRYER REPAIR THAT TOOK 6 TRIPS TO MY HOME, TO MAKE REPAIR AND WAS COVERED BY A HOME WARRANTY , SO THANK GOODNESS I WASNT PAYING THE BILL FOR THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ACTUALLY HAD A SIMULAR ISSUE WITH THE "OWNER CARL" VERY RUDE, I WAS NOT AT HOME FOR THE REPAIR MY WIFE WAS THERE WITH MY 8 YR OLD DAUGHTER TO OVERSEE THE REPAIR, HE CURSED IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER AND WHEN MY WIFE STATED SHE WOULD HAVE TO CALL HER HUSBAND HE SAID"......WELL I UNDERSTAND WHO WEARS THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY" THIS WAS MADE AFTER MY WIFE QUESTIONED A CHARGE TO CLEAN A DRYER VENT THAT WE JUST HAD PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AT A CHARGE OF 60.00 PRIOR TO HIS COMING SO HE WAS NOT ONLY RUDE BUTALSO TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A SEVICE THAT HAD JUST BEEN DONE 2 DAYS PRIOR......NOT MUCH OF A COMMENTOR,WHINER, BUT THIS GUY AND THIS COMPANY WHICH I VERIFIED HE OWNS SHOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER BE HIRED TO DOANY WORK FOR YOUR HOME !!!!
