Quick and professional service. I highly recommend this company. They actually answered their phone when I called, while so many companies didn't. I was able to set up an appointment for my desired day and time. The service technician called prior to coming out and showed up during the service interval time. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He quickly fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I felt that the service tech was very honest. The repair was something simple. Instead of ripping me off by taking advantage of my lack of knowledge with the item, he completed only the necessary repair without taking advantage of the situation. This level of trust worthiness is commendable. I will definitely use this company again in the future and refer them to others. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
