(New grad) PA, $95k a year, 690 beacon, they turned me down because of job time? New Grad=previously in school

Awful business practices and they lie to military members. Don't finance anything through them, management is very rude

I always give a company 3 strikes before I take my business elsewhere. I had accounts with Alive for several years. I needed to cash a check and they were unwilling to. I had to come up with my own solution, due to having worked at a bank myself, in order to cash this check. It was a pretty easy fix but I had to think of the solution. The manager refused to come out and talk to me and was really rude via his/her poor receptionist. I at no point was rude or pushy. This is no way to treat your customers. This was strike number 3 (after 2 other major screw ups with my account) and I pulled my accounts and have been very happy with my new bank for the past 10 years

Have always been fair and helpful. Been member over 10 years and wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Greedy Bank! Worst bank ever and keep out of this bank!
