I want to tell you what an excellent job your technicians did on the furnace. They were here around 7 AM and worked straight through. They were friendly, very courteous and helpful. I just wanted up with and was very patient. They were great and very helpful. I am thinking you must treat your employees well because it comes out in how the customer is handled. I hope that is the reason. I have already given your name to someone who may need a new Air Condition. Both were great to have working here. It was so nice to have real peopled here made me feel like I was living in a small town again. Thanks and I always recommend them to all.

Air Care Solutions is our air conditioning supplier and vendor. They have installed all our 12 air conditioning and heating systems. They are very professional and friendly. They always provide their best service. We would defiantly recommend them to all.

Great Air Condition Repair Company. I was a little nervous about calling an A/C company out because of past experience with the local Air Condition companies around Jacksonville when my A/C stopped cooling. These guys are excellent and very professional. They came out on time, got me fixed very quick and cooling again and were very reasonable at that. I would recommend if you’re looking for a GREAT company, give these guys a try they are best.

I was very satisfied with Air Care Solutions. Upstairs unit was not cooling well. Called Air Care Solutions and they were here within 2 hrs. Their technicians were fantastic. They explained all options available to me and the respective pricing. I felt extremely good the way they helped me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I had been dealing with A/C problems since I moved in to my house and after calling Air Care Solutions my problems were solved! Their technicians did a fantastic job getting my unit to work perfectly. Even they stopped by after the repair was done to make sure everything was done correctly. Air Care Solutions provided great service for us in every aspect. We are so pleased about the new HVAC system that Air Care Solutions installed in our home on Saturday. Their 3 technicians worked from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, removed our old system and installed two 5 ton and one 2 ton split HVAC systems. We were very happy by the professionalism and dedication of the tech which worked all day in the 105 degree outside temperature. Their work was thorough and great. Much better than I could have hoped for. They were not only evidently very well trained, but also neat, clean and nice. They all knew their individual jobs and they all worked well together. It was a very impressive team effort. We are very happy with the new system and look forward to the security, comfort and energy savings that this new system will provide for our family in the years to come. HORRIBLE business ethics! Licensed thieves! Stay away from them!



Being in a bind with no A/C we turned to the recent mailer as many of you all have done. Mistake #1: I didnt google them. WOW, if i would have seen the complaints filed I wouldnt be writing this. Mistake #2: I couldnt get away from work to watch them when they FINALLY showed up. Mistake #3: I didnt get a 2nd opinion. 90+ temps will do that to you.



So they came over, did the "special priced" duct cleaning (or at least said they did), then went to check the unit outside. Was told the capacitor was bad and low on coolant. Sounds harmless right? Plz refer to mistake #3 here...2nd opinion and here's where the license to be thieves comes in. $80 for a capacitor? REALLY? Grangner sells these around $25+ depending on size...oh and lifetime warranty. $95/lbs for R22 coolant??? Now I know you need a license to buy this and must acct for every drop of said coolant. I ALSO know that current pricing of R22 coolant (although hard to find as of 2012) can be around $15-30 depending on where u go to get it, but over 300% markup? If the gov't can regulate gas prices, and they already regulate the coolant, why hand out licenses to take advantage of people in need. After some questioning them on site about the pricing, they were nice enough (sarcasm) to lower to $65/lbs. This is closer to what should be the normal/honest price.



After all my mistakes we still had the work done and the A/C was working. 3 weeks later? same thing...we call, they come out again at their own pace and begin to tell us we are low on coolant, must have a leak, and the capacitor is bad...again. OH and they dont warrany any parts. Wait for it...wait for it...recommendation? A new $3k A/C unit. WTF!



Somethings not stirring the koolaid so we called someone else to come give us a 2nd opinion. To my surprise, yes, the capacitor ($30) was bad and the coolant was fine. Soooo...no leak and the part I bought 3 weeks prior is bad and no refunds or warranty on it. So, do they get their parts from Granger, replace bad ones for $79, take them back to Ganger & get them replaced for free? Just a suspricion but no warrranty my arse!



How does a $30 part turn into a $3000 new unit if you are a legit biz? It doesnt. I refer back to my beginning statements. STAY AWAY from this business, ALWAYS get a second opinion. Do your research FIRST! Question & watch their work. A/C repair is NOT rocket science. 90% of A/C repairs are those capacitors going bad. OH and you can get the A/C gauges online new for $40-60 on ebay. I'm buying one today.



Please take this as my opinion only. Any business reading this, PLEASE for the love of fair business, don't screw people out of their hard earned money. You'll be surprised of how much more biz u'll get with positive word of mouth and not end up in small claims (which we are checking into) and having your state license pulled (checking that too).



PS. This Air Care Solutions name has complaints in several states. Those complaints are ALL similar like mine above.

They are very quick and friendly. I called them to repair my 16 years old AC. They diagnosed my problem quickly and had it repaired and back to me in a reasonable period of time and at a fair price. I highly recommend them to all.
