Terrible!! Brand new AC installed June 2015. They had detected a loss of some pressure in my old unit, which was working fine. However, we were headed north for 6 weeks and we did not want any problems so we replaced the entire AC with a Rheem system.

When I came back from up North in the beginning of August the condo was 89 degrees:

-called Air Care Solutions for service; no one could come for 4 days

-on date of service no one came, when I called they said they were just about to call me, the truck broke down and we would have to reschedule

-the next day the technicians arrived at 11 AM because they came from the East coast of FL; there are no longer any service techs in Naples. They dumped in Freon and told me they would be back to test the lines in 2 weeks. The house never got below 84 degrees

-numerous attempts to get someone to come back and provide service (all documented with time, dates and people I spoke to). I was promised assistance and continued to get excuses of why no one showed up. I was placed on hold for 50 minutes - I believe the call center was tired of hearing from me.

- finally spoke to the "owner" with a promise that he would resolve this himself. He told me he had just purchased the business and the owner that sold me the unit no longer had responsibility for the business

- The owner called me back saying he could not get anyone out to my house until the next week (now it is 10 days since the first phone call for service on a new unit). I paid to have a new company diagnose what was wrong - it was a broken evaporator coil on this brand new unit. The other company came out within 2 hours.

- Owner tells me he will take care of the fees for the other company and will get someone out to fix once they get the part. 2 days later they still do not have the part and they are blaming the manufacturer. I call the manufacturer and send the information on how to get the part to the owner of Air Care Solutions. He never calls me back and no longer answers my calls.

- I call another company to install the evaporator coil and I pay the service fees ($1700).

- when they try to charge the lines they find more damage from having run the AC with the broken coil and from putting more Freon in the lines without testing the lines

- $8000 (had to run new coolant lines - they were badly damaged) and a month later my AC is finally working.

Do not use Air Care Solutions - their mishaps and lack of knowledgeable service technicians has cost me almost $14,000 for equipment and services. Their work is not reliable and I cannot understand how they stay in business. I no longer believe that the original unit had to be replaced.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It took them 5 visits total to get my job done. They come in with their smooth talking and say their giving you a great deal then you find out that they are giving you one of the worst a/c systems available. They were supposed to install my A/C on Tuesday at 2pm, they did not show up until 7:30pm (bad traffic), ok I believed it the first day. They had to reschedule for Thursday at 2pm again, I called the company at 2pm they said the tech would be there at 5pm. The Tech called me at 6pm saying he was running late and would be there in an hour. At 730pm I was told that his car had to be towed and he would be a bit late. At 944pm he showed up with the equipment put it in my basement and left they said he would be back on sat morning to install the system. He showed up 40 min late on sat and installed the a/c but didnt have the vents he was supposed to install and apparently there was a problem with the exhaust for the heating system, had to come back. Came back on following Tuesday and finished heating and duct work yet did not have the thermostat so had to come back Sat am to put in Thermostat. I was initially told the both thermostats would be changed upstairs and downstairs came in did one thermostat and said the second one was not in contract it would be more finally he put in. This is the WORST Company in the US. Stay away!!!!!

This is the worst company, do not select them for any a/c service. They are not reputable whatsoever. They scam you by an 89$ coupon service for a preventative maintenance visit then scam you on mold and deliver their obscene rate to remove components to clean them. On their "check-up" they completely missed an external component and it failed a month later. When I asked the technician what the 21 point inspection was, he was not able to provide a document indicating exactly what the inspection entailed. He said he has been doing it for 5 years and didn't need one. I talked about these issues with the manager and he tried to sell me on replacement and that it was my only option. I called another reputable company and got a quote and found out Air Care Solutions' mark-up was a considerable amount more. Do not utilize this company. If you read positive reviews it is only because their own staff has written them, you can tell by the way they write, their staff is primarily foreign. Pick a reputable company, do not fall victim to their tactics. They prey on the unintelligible.

On that Sunday night we noticed that our A/C was not working – it’s only 2 years old! I went to Angie’s List that night and contacted a couple of a listings by email. Air Care Solution contacted me early on Monday, came out that day, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled repair for Tuesday! We couldn’t believe it. They were great guys, friendly and eager workers, handling everything promptly including finding the part. We had been worried since losing our service man to illness, but now we feel like we have a go-to company. Wonderful experience! Thanks Air Care Solutions.

Great service and very professional. Gave me a good price, discount, and service on repairing my AC unit. I would definitely recommend and have them do repairs again if needed.

worst customer service ever. 4 days out of labor warranty. 2 missed appointments. no return calls from management. would not tell me what was wrong with system, only that it would take $650 in labor to fix... called another company to fix it... it took the guy less than 45 minutes to repair it. if i could give them 1/2 a star review i would.

We are very happy to work with Air Care Solutions company. Our bills are lower and house is much cooler. Their technicians were very friendly and very professional even they clean my area when they finished their job. Thanks Air Care Solutions.

It was a wonderful experience taking the service from Air Care Solutions. I am a regular client of Air Care Solutions for the last three years. I called them for the first time in my house last year. All of them were experienced and the whole company of Air Care Solutions is well organized. Air Care Solutions is with me all the time whenever I need them for the work.

The employees of the Air Care Solutions were fast and thorough. I was completely pleased with their work. I got that Air Care Solutions is the best name for repairing the AC machines. I will surely call them for all other Air Conditioning needs. I am thinking to take the regular maintenance of Air Care Solutions from them.

It was the season of winter when we designed our house of Jacksonville, Fl. In the season of summer we realized that we did a big mistake not including the placement of AC machine in the design. We had no options left then; we called Air Care Solutions for the placement. They took their time and found the best and the most perfect placement for the AC machines. I think Air Care Solutions is the best AC service and repair company in Florida.

I am writing this to show my thankfulness to the techs of Air Care Solutions. They came on time and they completed the repair work in a short time. The owners of Air Care Solutions must be pride of their work. From the start till the end they were helpful and provided me good information about their work. All the workers from the house of Air Care Solutions were perfect for the HVAC and cleaning works. The technicians were right and thoroughly finished of the full work within such a short time.

The duct system of my house AC was leaked and some liquid was coming out from that leak. I had no other option without changing that then I called Air Care Solutions for the task of replacing the unit but they did a good job to insulate the AC’s duct unit. They saved my money and cause of their fastness they also saved their own time. A good and rapid performance provided by the technicians of Air Care Solutions.

I was searching for an HVAC servicing company who can provide me a good service and give me long and reliable service. I found the name of Air Care Solutions from the neighbors. I was in a big trouble when my AC machine stopped working. Then I called them for the repair of the AC machine, they quickly repaired the AC machine for me and their charges were affordable. I am thankful to their work.

AirCare Solutions installed a UV light in my AC handler. They had the wiring running outside the door of the unit and a bare wire attached to a 120 volt wire. The bare wire started on fire and shut down the ac and the heat. They would not show up to fix the problem and they will not return my calls to fix the situation. What a HORRIBLE company!!! Do not use them. The company that came to fix my AC unit told me the anyone could have been electrocuted opening the door. and the UV light was visible to those sitting in the family room and could have been hurting their eyes. I have already contacted the better business bureau and my next step is to go after them in small claims court. I had to give them one start to post this complaint, but I wish I could give them negative stars.

AIR CARE SOLUTIONS sent three technicians to my house for repairing the AC unit. I don’t get the problem, suddenly my AC machine was stopped and then it denied starting again. Those three technicians did the diagnosis perfectly and repaired my machine within just two hours. I like the superfast support of AIR CARE SOLUTIONS.

I called Air Care Solutions because my AC’s blower system had some problem and it needed to get fixed on an urgent basis. I might have called other company than air care solutions if the problem was done three months ago. But when I got the skill and expertise of Air Care Solutions technicians then I’m sure about calling them.
