Provided by YP.comSince the day I heard of this shop, I have been going to no one but them. Everyone is friendly and it feels like home. I can always count on them to make me and children look good. Shout out to my braiders. The bomb.com

Provided by YPmobileI give this shop a 0 I was displeased with the service. They were very unprofessional. I had three people work on my hair. And they braided three different styles. I have twist in the front and braids and back. Also I was told to pay 180.00 but when the owner came she said I need to pay 190.00. They took so many breaks and was eating chips while doing my hair. I encourage any not to go there I was really not pleased. I asked for medium long Senegalese twist and I got small short ones. Two thumbs down.

Provided by YP.comI had a 9 am appointment, when I arrived Amy started braid my hair. Amy had an appointment somewhere else so she had to leave. Another person came in with her baby and stop a million times to care for her child. She even took him to the store next door and left me sitting. Meanwhile three more people started on my hair. My hair was a hot mess, the braids were different sizes and all my edges fell out with the braid attached. Do not get your hair done here.

Provided by YP.comAMY IS FULL OF MESS! LONG STORY SHORT. I ACTUALLY LIKE THE 2 PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH WITH AMY FOR 6 MONTHS. BUT 1 LEFT TO GO BACK TO CHICAGO (UNDERSTAND WHY) AND THE OTHER ONE IS ON JACKSONVILLE WHICH IS A DRIVE FOR ME. SO I TRUSTED SOMEONE NEW THAT AMY STATED WILL DO A GOOD JOB. SO WHEN FINISHED SHE LEFT ALL VISIBLE TRACKS AT THE TOP OF MY HEAD (SEW IN) I KEPT ASKING WAS IT GOING TO COVER. SHE SAID (NO ENGLISH) YEA YEA GOING TO BE PRETTY. SO WHEN ALL DONE. MY HAIR WAS SHOWING ALL MY TRACKS AT THE TOP OF MY HEAD. SHE COULN'T FIX IT WITHOUT RE DOING IT AND IT ALREADY WAS 6 HOURS IN. SO I SHORTEN THE PAY. WHEN TELLING AMY SHE REFUSE TO FIX IT OR HEAR ME OUT. SHE KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD UNTIL I REALIZE SHE WAS DOING IT INTENTIONALLY. I RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI called another local shop that recommended this shop (they are family), based on the style I wanted. I called and scheduled an appointment with the owner (AMY) for the next evening at 7 pm (the style was only 15-20 min).
After driving 20 minutes to the shop from my home, purchasing the hair, and burning up my gas and time, I arrive only to find 2 ladies taking down another woman's hair, and they looked at me as if they were surprised to see me. I told them I had an appointment with AMY, and they told me she was gone?! They called her and it went to voice mail. They tried to call another person to come do the style, but couldn't get her either. Meanwhile, they had the nerve to ask if I could come back the next morning?! I think NOT!!! I told them they were incredibly unprofessional and I could take my time and my money elsewhere. Who schedules clients, no shows them, then asks them to come back? Get Real! Go elsewhere and avoid this place if you want real professionalism.
