Absolutely do not do business with this company. I've had a open work order for 2 months. They will not return my emails or phone calls. I've called at least 20 times. Now that I've wasted 2 months of my washer being broke I have to call another company to finish the job.

In April 2016, my refrigerator was not staying cold and my ice maker wasn't working. I called Adept and they came out and fixed the refrigerator (fan motor was out) but didn't fix the ice maker. I had them come back out for that and now only 4 months later, my refrigerator is HOT again and the ice maker isn't working. They came on Aug 24 and charged me $75 and said they'd have to order a part. In the month since, they've left messages telling me that the part is in and they need to schedule a time to come install it, but every time I call them - at 647-9916 and 515-5431 AND another # 955-7547, the call goes straight to voice mail: "Your call has been forwarded to an automatic voice message system. The mailbox belonging to Adept Appliance service is full. Please hang up". I was so desperate I drove over FORTY-FIVE MILES - only to discover that the address is an APARTMENT COMPLEX and the address (totally different) on their e-mail is in a RESIDENTIAL area! Awful company.

They were great. Showed up within 2 hours of the call, Got right to work quickly diagnosed the issue gave me a quote for the parts and labor for the repair on site. (i think the left the laundry room cleaner then when they got here!)



Only regret is they were not the first place i called... a mistake i will not make again!

Great service and quick response. Tech communicated well and got our fridge up and running in no time.

This company is great! I had them come out on a friday night to fix my fridge and they were very professional and prompt. A tech named Rich got my fridge up and running on the spot and at a great price! I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs!
