Denied me Military Discount because I'm a reservist!!!

Everything that WRH has done to our apartments has been nothing but an inconvenience for us tenants or something that they can profit off of. There forcing people to rent their garages by building them where we all park. So either pay for the garage or park a building away from your apartment. Garages were built in front of our back patio view.



Ive been lied to by the manager that told me there was no Section 8 housing, never has and never will, but I knew from the old management and other sources there was. Not that I was even asking if there was, I was just curious about it.... WRH Realty does not care about residents. STAY AWAY from WRH Realty!! They will make your life hell! They raised the rent, restricted guest from coming in. When I asked to speak to the Landlord/Owner I was told that I could not. Been late on rent because of the managements mistake and still charged a late fee and would not refund when asked to do so. Bottom Line, you could be the perfect tenant and they will still give you trouble. We have always paid on time, kept quiet during night hours, done everything a good little tenant should do but they still treat us like crap.
