Very rude took my business to home Depot

the store in question is actually bennetts power equiptment and not bennetts ace hardware. they are two seperate stores and not owned by the same people. i have done business with both stores and to this day no longer do business with Bennetts power equiptment but i do still shop at the hardware store. i too have a dixie chopper and buy parts somewhere else now and have it serviced elsewhere too. i just wanted to make sure that the bad review goes to the store that deserves it and not the one that is actually a great place to shop.

Unfortunately this is the closest hardware store to my house and one of a very few Dixie Chopper lawnmower dealer ( I own a Dixie Chopper). The times that I have had to go in there the people in the lawnmower section arevery rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money. I called them 2 weeks ago about a tire, they said they would call me back, I am still waiting. I had a friend go in there to buy a Dixie Chopper, when he told them what he had bought his last Dixie Chopper for the old man threw his cash back at him and told him that he didn't need to buy anything there. When I have gone in there I am always ignored, when I finally ask for help I am always treated rudely.If anyoone would open another hardware store in the area I am sure this place would be gone soon.
