Accent Properties does a great job on my older house in an older part of Jax.

the office is always great with my young daughter when we go into the office to pay my rent.

Don't rent or buy from this company. This company is very unprofessional. Do not rent or buy a dog house from them.

Worst company ever!!! Incompetent & inefficient!!

Good luck if you rent from them! VERY unprofessional! Renters RUN!!! Homeowners beware!!! Their record keeping is a joke!! Keep track of your rent checks you will need them!! They've tried to charge me huge late fee and my bank showed them cashing my check on the 1st!! If you enjoy headaches, rude people, incompetence, and having to answer to idiots by all means rent from them. If you are looking for an efficient and pleasant management company--look elsewhere!!!

Accent Properties handles all or our rentals in Jacksonville and do a great job of keeping them rented and the repairs to a minimum. I would recommend them to anyone who owns rental property in Jax.
