Awesome company to deal with. They are honest and affordable. Made my older laptop better than new. They upgraded the hard drive to a solid state and now its super fast!

They are very professional and honest. They tell you what's wrong with it and gets the job done right the first time. I would not hesitate but to recommend them.

I thought it was over when my laptop suddenly crashed without backing up any of my files. Thomas is the most honest guy I've ever come across. He helped not only fixing the hard drive, but helped to recover 99% of most of my files even the ones that looked corrupted. He's very nice guy, helpful, professional, and an expert. I'll always recommend him.

By far the BEST IT experience ever! Tom is phenomenal when it comes to computer knowledge, processing time, and outstanding customer service! He made my 2012 Mac functional again by replacing the battery, re-imaged it, updated as far as it goes, then took the time to sit with me and set it up to my specifications. Meaning everything from email, printer setup, downloading Office, iCloud, setting up 2 factor authentication for my security on multiple platforms, antivirus protection etc. etc. He went over any questions I had without feeling rushed at all. Very responsive if I call with any questions. Lastly, not being an IT person, Tom explains things to me in layman's terms and is very patient which I appreciate more than anything :) Could not recommend more, finally found my go-to IT person, which has not been an easy task! Thank you so much!

Last Friday, I had an issue with my home computer. I own a HP all in one computer. Tom came out to my condo and diagnosed an issue. He suggested I had my computer cleaned out rather than look for a new computer. I needed new memory and other issues. Tom gave me outstanding service. Tom was very professional. I highly recommend Abundant Computer Service for your computer needs. You will save quite a bit of money. I will use Abundant Computer Service for all of my computer needs.

My computer seemed slow and unresponsive. It is about 4-5 years old so I knew it was probably time to replace it. I contacted Abundant Computer Services and spoke to Thomas. He told me that I could upgrade my computer for about half the cost of buying a new one and having to pay to transfer everything over. He said upgrading to an SSD would make it faster, more reliable and better than new. I took him up on the offer and I tell you what! I saved a bunch of money and this computer has never been this fast! I'm so glad I listened to an expert, he saved me a bunch of headaches and $. Thomas is awesome to deal with, very prompt, was able to relate to me and now my computer works wonderfully. I would recommend his computer services to everyone.

I had taken my PC to one of the Main Line Stores in Jax and after 2 days of no response from them I went by and one guy said they thought it was the power source but they could not get part, so then I took it to Geek Squad and they said they would have to send it out and could be 4 weeks. My Son uses his computer a lot for High School, so I came across Abundant repairs ad and messaged Thomas and he responded right back, said he could probably give me a quick turn around so I dropped my unit off where he picks up and called me that evening and told me all it my start button was broken but he did not know if he could find one so he ended up fixing the switch and tuned my computer up for $100.00, that is the difference between someone who can actually fix something and a parts changer. If you need a good Computer Tech I do not think you could do any better. He had my computer back to me in 2 days.

Very happy with the end result, PC running perfectly!
Thomas' diagnosis was fast, and spot on! He found my power source was not functional. There was a bit of a wait for the power source to be shipped but that was not his fault. We also decided to upgrade my case which he had on hand. So glad I did that. Once Thomas had the power source he got right to work and on a Saturday :) I was back in game 1 hour after he called to say She Hulk was back up and running.

FANTASTIC!!!! I called Thomas on a Friday evening after my Dell/Alienware would not boot due to ineffective BIOS update. He suggested I meet him at a restaurant where he was having dinner with his family. 2 hours later he's working on the laptop, I picked it up at 11am the following morning. He also repaired damaged (coffee spill) to my wife's Lenovo work laptop. Thomas saved our weekend. Amazing service, very professional and VERY timely with phone calls and text messages. WOW!!!!

I had an extremely frustrating and vicious virus on my laptop. Thomas responded on the weekend and was able to remove the virus and get my laptop working again. He was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. I will be using him as my go-to person from now on and will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

My computer was not getting a signal to the keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Called ACS spoke with Thomas and brought desktop in to his shop. He called me later that night and was issue with motherboard. I decided to upgrade so I got the parts and had Thomas rebuild computer for me. He did an excellent job and was very fast with turn around time. I would recommend Thomas to anyone. He is very knowledge, friendly, and professional. Will be returning customer in the future.

Thomas is very knowlegable and professional. He showed up quickly and on a Sunday afternoon too! He saved my valuable data, backed it up and reinstalled XP. I highly recommend ACS to anyone with computer problems.

I had the blue screen of death on my Windows XP PC and called ACS on the recommendation of a friend. Over the phone we discussed the issue including upgrading finally to Windows 7 Pro. The IT Support Engineer brought all the parts, including the Windows 7 install. He quickly resolved the hardware issue, upgraded my PC to Win 7 Pro, and at my request, installed Office 2010 Pro. He backed everything up and restored all my data on the new build. It all works perfectly.

my other project, I wanted a music server to copy all my 1000+ CDs into Window Media Center. He met me at Comp USA and we picked all the parts, motherboard, processor, power supply, Windows 7 install disc, everything to create the perfect music server. Three days later, and I have a powerful PC with 3 terabytes disc storage in a RAID 1 configuration, integrated into my home theater system.

I am extremely pleased with their quality of service and computer expertise. I recommend them highly for all your computer processing needs.

Thomas did a wonderful job replacing my PC hard drive, made software recommendations and explained problems in layperson's terms. I highly recommend ACS for any PC or MAC issues.

My computer would not go to Windows one morning due to my hard drive failing. I called Thomas at ACS and he was able to come out to my house that same morning and replace my hard drive, load my programs and save all my files from my previous hard drive. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and also solved some of my wife's laptop problems while the programs were loading. He also gave some good advice on some programs. I will definitely use him again when I have a computer problem.

I will call Thomas for each and every computer problem I ever have.



This morning, my PC would not power on. So, I Googled "computer repair" and found Thomas. Based on his yp.com reviews, I gave him a call at 7:00 AM, and Thomas returned my call in five minutes. He offered to work on my PC at my house, but I preferred to bring it to his shop. Thomas offered to open his shop early. After Thomas diagnosed my problem, he called me to discuss. I agreed to the work, and Thomas worked late to fix my computer. Then, he let me pick it up at 10:00 PM. No large store would have accommodated me like Thomas did. His price was quite reasonable.



Thanks to Thomas, I am writing this review tonight from the computer that would not power on this morning.
