I took in a canvas bag to have 4 straps reinforced after one strap became lose. I was charged $13.50 to have all 4 straps reinforced. I retrieved my bag a week later & was assured all straps were reinforced. The strap in question was sewn with a different thread, I was told the bobbin ran out & they used a different color. After taking the bag home & upon closer inspection of all the straps, it appeared, the other 3 had only the original manufacturer's stitching. No reinforcement was done to 3 if the straps. I returned with the bag. I explained my complaint. I was given a No Charge ticket & told I'd be called in a few days when it was ready & all the straps were reinforced. It took 3 weeks & a call from me regarding the bag. The man answering assured me the bag was ready, he took responsibility for not calling to let me know it was ready. I will never patronize their establishment again!

I chose this repair shop because of its rating and I could stop on my way to work. it posted its hours as opened at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 8:45 AM and it was not open and there was no message on the door. I called the local number and got voice mail. I left a message. At 11:10 AM I go a call back and the person acknowledged that he had not been there and that he was at a meeting. No apology just that he was there now. I will never waste my time going back.

Rude, obscene behavior. The owner was helping me, then just completely ignored me when a guy driving an expensive luxury car came in. When I finally asked if we could finish up, he became very abusive, using profanity telling me the other guy was a developer and gave him more business. I was stunned, to say the least . . .
