I have very bad experience about this daycare (Staff and director)..
1- This is unsafe place (they allow everybody to take photos inside for all other kids) and your kids will learn bad things there(Bad words hit others) ...
2- Be careful also about your weekly receipts (Pay with Credit card) to keep copy about what you paid (They sent me 3 times asking for extra money).. I kept their letters.
3- They have their special and unreasonable rules. (I stayed with my daughter and took 4 days off from my work when she was sick although the doctor report was clear to let her attend within 24 hours only) They return back some and took illegally the rest from me and early learning department .
Many other things I will complain about them to the Children and family department with evidences with other parent has similar experience.
My advise is to send your kids to other daycare.. More details will tell you later.

I worked for this daycare for many years and was very impressed with the owners. They do charity work for the community and put lots of their time and money in the daycare. The building is extremely clean and the kids are always into various activities. What I loved the most was that there was NO T.V allowed. I've worked for many schools in Jacksonville and hands down, this was the best experience. I am now a Duval County School teacher :)

My son has been going there for years.He's currently in VPK and I'm very impressed with their curriculum. He's 4 and knows how to add, subtract, and read! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They actually teach your children instead of just "babysitting" (like other centers I've experienced). They also teach good manners and making good choices.The teachers are warm and loving...I know that when I leave, my son is being well taken care of and that his teacher actually care for his welfare.Your concerns are always addressed promptly by the director/owner. She is very involved and knows who each child is and their parents. You can tell that children are her passion! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My son has been going to A Bright Beginning for 2.5 years, starting with his VPK and continuing as a before and after student. I could have enrolled him in extended day at his elementary school (which I also like) but ABBC is good enough that I go out of my way (I actually drive past his school and our home to get him) so he can attend ABBC. The owner is there every day supervising operations, her second in command puts together wonderful winter, spring, and summer camps, the staff are all excellent with children, and the prices are comparatively low for this area. My son likes it so much that he is upset if I pick him up too early. Last year, I recommended them to my new boss who had just moved to Jax and he has thanked me several times. We'll be back next year too.

The center is very clean,The staff is kind and helful

My children have been going here for years. The owner spends all day supervising making sure things are running properly, if you want to see for yourself just look under DCF website:)

The center is clean and nice setting. However, the owner is not friendly at all. I had to stop taking my child to the center because the owner is extremely rude.

The owner is a very sweet and caring person...If my children were of daycare age this would be the place I would want them in. I was employeed here and saw first hand how well this place runs.
