Called because my shower door was leaking and he asked me to send pictures and call back.i sent the pictures and I waited a week to call back and as soon as I started to talk to him he went off yelling at me that nothing is wrong with the door, it just needs caulk. He literally yelled at me. I could not believe it. Anyways, I apologized for bothering him and hung up. I always try to support small businesses but not this one. I had a repair guy look at my issue, it needs more than caulk.

On our first repair a plumber installed the wrong valve cartridges in our garden tub faucet, charged us over $300, and the faucet still didn't work. We got our money back from the plumber after A-1 helped us find and fix the problem for $40 worth of parts. They gave us detailed instructions which made the repair easy to do. Then we called them when we needed a new water heater. We got a great water heater and they helped us find an honest, skilled plumber to install it. We will always call A-1 Plumbing Supply.
