Outstanding service, local business that fixed my dryer in one visit. Good company.

This is the best experience I've ever had thank you for such professional and personal service on my refrigerator

They are unreliable, they lie and they steal. They came out and said they diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and required a $200 deposit. They said they would be back in a week to fix. After lying too many times too mention, they came back after two months and then said there was another issue that required another part. After, another month and countless lies again they sent back part of my deposit after I threaten to file a police report. I called another tech and they fixed it in 4 days. They said they thought the dishwasher had been sabotaged by A1. Use someone else and save yourself some headaches.

Do NOT Use this company!!!! This guy is a scammer, he came in to my home, allegedly diagnosed the problem with my wine fridge and my washer and allegedly ordered parts. He took a check for the parts (hmmm, his credit card machine was down, imagine that) and he has never returned to install the parts. This con game has gone on for over a month now. I guess I will see him in small claims court.

I was not satisfied or impressed with the overall actual repair and customer service. Will not call or refer anymore.

I called A1 one day and the next morning they were here looking at my microwave. One of the brothers pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone. A fuse blew from steam from boiling water/cooking potatoes damaging the upper electronics. Unfortunately, the fuse blew AND the magnetron, so it's dead. All because I didn't know after 15-20 of water boiling the steam can damage the upper electronics. I now know let it rest after 7-10 min for the steam to dissipate before I continue. If I hire them to install my new micro, they'll deduct the service call fee from the install rate. I'd highly recommend them.
