Obviously something about the San Jose location has changed since April. I went in with a Samsung Galaxy S3 that had a cracked screen but was fully functional. They quoted me a fair price, cheaper than anyone Beachside had quoted. When I got there they gave me a 10% military discount. It was late in the day, and they had a few phones in front of mine, but they promised to have it done that night, as I wasn't going to be in Jacksonville the next day. True to their word, at 9pm I got a call saying my phone was repaired. Not only am I satisfied with the service. I recommended them to all the guys in my shop. Good service and prices are sometimes a little hard to find. Not many people will post a review for good service unless they go above and beyond, but have no problem dropping a bad review when the service is bad. My service was good, maybe even great.

doesn't even deserve a star the employees are the worse. This store brings the value of all the other stores in jacksonville. horrible expierence went to get my phone fixed and they put a screen that had scratches on it already and two days later it stopped working all together and not dropped or anything the screen looked just like when i got it and the touch just stopped working and they refused to fix it with out another $100 bucks. Cheap used parts!!! and they charged me full price! I will never goto another 10000 phones again! ive had great expierence at the one off normandy and atlantic.. but this store killed it for me!! I will never goto another 10000 phones again!! horrible i think the guys name was ernie idk.. some prick that doesnt care about customers.
