Buyer beware! The parking situation is horrible and management has admitted there aren't enough spaces for residents. The units have water issues...you can see stains on the walls knowing mold is behind it. Management does absolutely NOTHING to solve the problems and it's obvious why there are so many of these units for sale and in foreclosure. If you buy here your association fee will continue to rise to make up for the empty units. If someone lives above you, you will hear EVERYTHING that goes on. Don't be fooled! These are apartment conversions and were NOT built in 2005. Check it out before you buy! It won't be long before all of these units are rental and who wants to own in an apartment complex?

We would never rent here again, too much construction, too much noise... Gate doesn't work that well either. We've been here almost 3 years.

Gated community a mile from the beach with two pools, a tennis court, workout center, boat & RV parking, etc. HOA fees are a little steep but they have been restoring & painting the outside of the buildings and there have been some empty units, but the exterior renovations are more than halfway done and the units are filling up.
