The wound care and doctor visits seem to be spread thin but the staff is friendly and very caring. My father was there until his death and my mother is there now and she loves it. Her new roommate is already bragging about how much she loves her nurse and that she saved her life. She said that her life is so much better here even though she had to give up her worldly possessions. She is much more alive and happy here than at home. They have attended to all my mother's special needs including oxygen, feeding tube for a while, and other assistance as my mother is in a wheelchair. They have lots of social events also. I have heard people who visit there say "I wish the place my mother/father was in had all this." It is not the Ritz Carlton but I know they take good care of my mother. It makes a difference how often you visit your relatives in any nursing home also. That way you make sure any issues are addressed that they don't want to discuss but need to be discussed.

My relative was here and the service was not all that good and they need new admin to bring it back

Awful. Understaffed , rude , and irresponsible. If you really care about your family you should go anywhere else. But, if you want them to suffer and hate the final days of their life this is the place
