They are a trusted rental company but fell short this time. We went online to rent a car for one day. When we went in to pay, we had a coupon to use. The salesperson forgot the coupon and said that he would put it on the end. It didn't happen. I was given a:
$9.99 a day economy car per day
We weren't allowed to use the 25% off coupon.
We weren't told that there was a limited mileage when we requested unlimited.
We had to keep putting air in a tire on the car.
One on the tailpipes was lower than the other.
Had to give it back to be vacuumed and cleaned since it was given with hair and mud in it.
If we didn't have a good rapport with Enterprise, we would have gone to another company.
You can do better than this:(

I recently rented a trucl from Troy here in the jacksonville area. He fail to full explain the contract, gave me a false price and return amount on the deductible, was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He asked me to come in on a saterday morning when they open at 9 am. He not any other employees had Made it to the store by 11 when o took my business elsewhere. I would walk before I rented another car from Jacksonville enterprise. Big thanks to north little rock location for sorting this mess out.

Great customer service, helpful in and out quickly! Only issue is I think they are having phone issues I called a couple times and the call kept dropping! But not that worried about it! :)
