We have boarded here a few times but we wish we had known a few things before giving them our business. No one is checking on your pets after hours. From the hours of 4:30 pm to 7 am (we know they open at eight but we hope they come in early to prepare for the day) the animals are not fed, walked or checked. Also, customer service can leave a bit to be desired. We had an appointment for right at close but when we arrived a half hour early they were already shut down and empty. We had to call several times and finally sent out a message to get someone to come back so we could make our flight even though we had an appointment. If that doesn't bother you then fell free to use them. They are very proficient groomers, but we are no longer comfortable with giving them our patronage.
