Dr. Gregg Mitchell is the best doctor ever! He is super smart and very thorough. He listens carefully and pays attention to detail. He doesn't make you feel like just a number--he really does care about his patients and he always has a smile and is always friendly. I would quickly recommend him as the one to see with all your medical issues. Getting an appointment with him might be a trick, though, since he stays booked solid all the time. But he is well worth the wait--A+ all the way!

We have seen many doctors at this facility and they have all been kind and concerned for our well being. They get us in quickly if we have an unexpected need and they are generally quick to get us in and out. It can be hard to get the same doctor for every visit because there are a lot of resident doctors there, but we haven't had a doctor so far that we disliked.
And if you're willing to wait, you can get in with a specific doctor.

The most unprofessional and rudest people I've ever seen in a healthcare setting at the front desk and scheduling. I have been going there for 5 years and ever visit gets worse and worse to the point where I leave angry! There is a very lazy lady in billing as well. Everytime I go they say I owe money and after speaking to someone about it they find out I did my job and my part but someone in billing never files to my insurance!! Just lazy, rude, and unprofessional people.

This clinic is awful! If you have an emergency and are taken to Jackson General Hospital; you will be billed for services from their doctor at the hospital visit ( added to your account at the family medical clinic on Summar Ave.) and the hospital. Double whammy! Another thing; you never see the same doctor when returning on appointments and have to repeat the same dang information to the newest money leeching newbie doctor.
