This is a great example of a company that does NOT value their customers. Every time I have been in there and asked for help from an employee, I'm told "That's not my job. You need to talk to so-and-so." Then the employee stands around doing nothing while I'm waiting for "so-and-so" to come help me. Their service department is horrible. Their website says they have service technicians "standing by" to do repairs -- NOT!! During the summer months it can take weeks to get your riding mower repaired, all while your grass is growing several feet high waiting to get your mower back. The service manager acts like he's doing customers a "big favor" by doing warranty repairs in a timely manner. You have to practically harass them to do what they are supposed to be doing. The service is performed in a sloppy manner. How about returning my mower in at least as good condition as it was when you picked it up, instead of in WORSE condition? And one more comment -- I bought a brand new John Deere mower last year and already have had to get repairs twice on it. So much for "Nothing Runs Like a Deere!"
