Despite the review by Charlie T, I have never had a problem here...I come here to wash my large quilts and blankets that my home washer/dryer cannot handle...It is always clean and I have never had any issues with their machines...I would highly recommend this over any of the others I have used in Jackson...

They are out to take your money you have to work for.??? Their washer may or may not let you know if they are in working order before you put your money and they won't give it back to you. And if you put black tape over the coin slot they will just pull it off and walk off. So they like to make free money when they know its not working. And if you call the number on the wall to let them know that its not working right it takes 20-39 calls to get someone to answer the phone. And then when you do see someone that's works there and you ask about your money they say you didn't have the right to put anything on the wash Or dryer to let others know not to use it. So I told the person it was on there for a week and she said I was lieing to her and I said bull shit and she said she was going to call the Jackson police.this place is so low to get your money that they don't care what they have to do to get it. And this has happen to many people. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TOO KEEP YOUR MONEY. GO TO CARRIAGE HOUSE LAUNDRY THEY HAVE FREE SOAP!!! And are REALLY NICE.
