I'm glad you posted this because I was headed to the store to find some boots. Shonterria B..

This is the 3rd Christmas that I have bought my two granddaughters boots for Christmas.....Never again. The owner/clerks are so rude and unfriendly. My daughter in law and I had to exchange boots for a different size. Not only did they treat us like crap, we had to pay 14.70 difference.........same boot...just 1 size larger. No thank you, no Merry Christmas....come back. No worries WE WON'T BE BACK!

I will never shop there again!! I really only shopped there because western boot stored are limited in Jackson! I purchased a pair of boots for my daighter . I was hesitant in purchasing them due to size availability. The cashier reassure me that I could RETURN the boots if they didn't fit! Well they didn't fit, so I attempted to take them back! Guess what ? No RETURN policy!!! I attempted once again to tell the cashier what was told to me when I purchased the boots! She tells me that I wasn't told that and they had a return policy sign located in the front of the cash register ( tiny sign in frame)!" Then another associate who was not even there the day I purchased the boots tells me what happened the day I made my purchase!! Will not return ever again!!
