Provided by YP.comI’m so happy I called this company when my outdoor sewage drain became blocked. Technician Jordan who works out of their Jackson location was here promptly. He was not only personable and professional but also very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had my drain cleared in no time. He was the epitome of what a great customer service rep should be. Jordan provided EXCEPTIONAL service! I recommend this company and Jordan to anyone in need of plumbing/drainage repair.

Provided by YP.comWe are a non-profit organization and were getting ready for Down Syndrome Camp when we found out we had a drain problem. The crew from Roto Rooter came on a Friday night at 5 and stayed until 10 working on the problem. They called JEA and had them come out too. They even came back on Memorial Day to have it all fixed and ready to go for camp. Audrick and Michael were great. Thank you for your help.
