I was overcharged for one of my items during a recent purchase. I called to point out the error. The clerk checked & told me that my item was no longer on sale. I told him that there was a sign right below the bottle & that I verified the brand & size before making my selection. He stated there was nothing that he could do.



Is this the way you train your employees to deal with customers? I have been making weekly trips to your store and this type of treatment is unacceptable. There are plenty of liquor stores in town. If this is how you want to loose customers then keep up the good work. I'll be glad to take my business elsewhere and let my friends know how I was treated.



I sent the above message to the e-mail address noted. The response was that he sold the store in January and that he would forward my message to the new owner. Almost a week & no response. I guess they don't care about customer service or customer retention. Fine by me. I'll be spending my money elsewhere!

I recendtly moved to town and went to several wine stores before I came upon Party Mart off Oil Well Road in Jackson. I was pleasantly suprised to find a wonderful selection of wined and a helpful freindly staff. I would recoment this store to anybody looking for wines in many price ranges and from many areas of the country and the world.
