my car was taken here for a comprehensive claim for a unknown substance being poured in my gas tank. They supposedly had cleaned tank and flushed injectors, but i don't think they did anything. If i called to ask about it, they referred me to my insurance adjuster. It's my car!! Poor service, poor attitude and needs to go back to school , because they swore that sugary substances would not go into a motor and lock them up. I moved to another shop and ended up needing new engine, fuel pump, lines,injectors and filter. They are on the insurance companies side, not yours! BEWARE!!!!

Had them replace my u joints on a used truck I had purchased, I ended up having to take it back to another shop to have them installed correctly.

The owner seemed nice enough that I chalked it up to that shop just being busy plus my wife used to get her tires from there so I didn't hold it against them. But then I went in several weeks ago to see if he would mount and balance some tires I had purchased new from an online tire store and the guy ended up telling I was dumb. That was the straw that broke the camels back for me, probably doesn't affect his business much but he will not receive mine or my families business anymore. Id rather support a local business before id support a chain business, but not at the cost of being ridiculed or demeaned.

Would not trust anyone else with my BMW!! Honest !! And very hard working! Never had a bad experience. They are very busy so if u can't reach them.. Try again!

Thank goodness for Northside Auto Service, Jackson, TN. My daughter was traveling to MIssissippi and the camper she was in broke down (wheel bearing). She went to the garage and they let her use the tool needed to work on the wheel not knowing who she was and "if" she would return they trusted her. Northside Auto Service YOU DESERVE a HUGH thank you from the mother of the broken down camper. You have Paid it forwarded!!!

I took my car there to get auto repair and even though I had not said he can go ahead and fix it, he decided to anyway and ended up costing me $689 more than taking somewhere else. The mechanic had a very awful attitude as well. I will definitely inform my friends and family to never go there.

It took the mechanic over a week just to figure out what was going on with my car then I had to chase him down to even figure out that he hadn't started on it even though he promised me if would be done. He is very pricey !! You can go to any other mechanic and get the same thing done for a LOT cheaper and a LOT faster! Would not ever go back

Jim and the crew at Master tire did a great job!!! After calling 10 different locations in Jackson. They ha the best price for four new tires and a alignment... But I wish I would have seen the ad on their website first and I would have got a free alignment... Otherwise great place and great customer service!!!
