I basicly paid $100.00 dollars for nothing. I would have been given as much help if I had flushed it down the toilet. I am very dissatisfied and feel like the substandard care I received did not deserve payment. I was not listened to and was treated like a drug addict. I am in severe pain and the medication given is the samething I have taken in the past and didn't work. When I stated this I was ignored and as a result I am going to the emergency room . I have to be able to work. I am also calling in a complaint on Madison Family Practice. You didn't do anything I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Is this why you get payment up front?
