Great doc rude staff

I love Dr. Howard. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and never seemed in a hurry answered all my questions. However the front desk people are very rude on the phone and in person. Would cut me off while I was talking or turn and talk to co workers. Acted like I annoyed them. They are not friendly.
