Great customer service and ethics. Last week I called a competitor plumbing company, (initials TF) The repair person arrived 3 hours after the time window arriving at 8:00PM. After he examined the compressor and thermostat (he never even checked the outside unit) he informed me that the power was not circulating properly and we need to have all new wiring and a new thermostat and quoted $730.00. The next day I called Hays plumbing to get a second opinion. Jeff came out within a couple of hours, he checked everything and said that there were three wirers that had been disconnected. We had air conditioning within 15 minutes! The next day the blower was not turning on so I called Hays plumbing again. Jeff came out and said that a resistor was burned out, he replaced the part and did not charge me for the service call, I was so impressed that I decided to have my shower facet assembly and toilet wax ring replaced. I had two other gentleman come out and within 2 1/2 hours the jobs were complete. I cannot over emphasize the great service that I received.
